Detailed Itinerary

DAY 2: Serengeti National Park Safari

After breakfast at around 6:30 AM, depart for the legendary Serengeti National Park.

Your journey passes through the beautiful Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with a stop at the historic Olduvai Gorge, one of the most important paleoanthropological sites in the world.

After arriving at Naabi Hill Gate, you will enjoy lunch before continuing with an afternoon Serengeti game drive.

The Serengeti is one of Africa’s most famous wildlife destinations and a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its extraordinary wildlife populations and the annual Great Migration.

DAY 1: Tarangire National Park Game Drive

Your safari adventure begins with a morning pickup from Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport by your professional On Target Safari guide.

You will drive to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most beautiful wildlife parks, located about two hours from Arusha.

Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and the Tarangire River, which attracts many animals during the dry season.

During your game drive you may encounter:

  • Elephants roaming the savannah

  • Lions and leopards

  • Zebras and wildebeests

  • Giraffes browsing the trees

  • Buffalo and many antelope species

You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your safari until evening.

DAY 3: Full-Day Serengeti Safari

Wake up to the sounds of the African wilderness in the heart of the Serengeti.

After breakfast, begin a full-day game drive exploring the endless plains and acacia-dotted landscapes of Serengeti National Park.

The Central Serengeti offers some of the best wildlife viewing in Africa, with large populations of predators and herbivores.

During the day you may encounter:

  • Lions and cheetahs hunting on the plains

  • Leopards resting in trees

DAY 4: Ngorongoro Crater Safari

DAY 5: Departure

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning before beginning the drive back to Arusha.
